I recently visited the service area at Lexus of North Miami, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Ronald, my service advisor, was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Despite not having an appointment, the service time was efficient and appropriate. They even provided a courtesy vehicle while the service was performed, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, the level of professionalism and customer care exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
