I bought a lever change on 9/7. Waited a few days for an update, saw the order was canceled. No notification that item/order was canceled. Emailed them and was told item was not in stock so order was canceled. Asked if refund was issued numerous times and they said it was issued but would check with accounting. Email correspondence with Emanuel and never heard back about my refund. The way they do business is a scam. It's now 10/3 and still no refund. I'm now having to dispute the charge with the credit card company since they don't want to the fair and honest thing.

They live up to the reputation of dishonest
They never showed carfax when I was buying a certified preowned RDX. I asked if the vehicle has been in any accidents. Salesman Barak was dishonest as I would find out later. Info had not been disclosed and he had lied. Typical dishonest car salesman and dealership.

Traveled all the way from Tampa to Miami Acura (4 hours) to get a good deal on a certified pre-owned 2015 Acura RDX with very low mileage. J Sanchez contacted me within 10 minutes of my email request and the very next day, less than 24 hours, I was the owner of the vehicle. He answered all my questions professionally, and was very pleasant and patient with me and my husband. Very knowledgeable for his age...
