Poor Service Department
made an appointment for a simple oil change (1st maintenance) and brought vehicle in at the scheduled time, 9am. service advisor Tom said it would be about 90 minutes so I decided to wait as originally planned. after nearly 2 hours the vehicle was still not brought in for service. During this time period I watched other vehicles that arrived after me go into service before mine. some of the vehicles had flashing emergency lights left on. Did this mean those vehicles had priority? was it because I did not buy my car from them? i asked the advisor what was going on and he said he would check. he came back and said they are backed up. I asked about this apparent priority system and he claimed that once a tech is assigned and that tech gets backed up it causes delays. Really? He apologized, did not provide any indication of when the oil change would done and asked if he could offer me a ride home. During the entire 2 hours I was there he never informed there was any backup otherwise I would have taken the offered ride home. Without any indication of when this car would be serviced I took my keys and left, never to return. Tom did not appear concerned.

Another outstanding experience
Jimmy Crippen, my sales contact, was always very courteous, professional, approachable, and helpful throughout the leasing process. The GM (Keith Cordeiro) was able to secure a fair rate based on market conditions, and Eddie (finance) was, as always, very swift and professional in his dealing when signing the deal. Another outstanding experience with the dealership.

Superb
My team at Holman was superb in every way. My service advisor Jon explained the lease-end inspection and extended warranty options and made sure I understood them completely. Not only did he help me protect my purchase, but he coordinated with the excellent sales team of Serge Kononov and David Holley in finance are such wonderful people. They were kind, patient and completely transparent throughout the sales process, never once making me feel pressured or confused. This triumvirate is the absolute best anyone could ask for. I have been a loyal Holman customer for almost ten years and when I am ready fir the next latest and greatest BMW, I will look no further than the great team at Holman. Love working with Jon. He has helped me keep my M850 convertible in mint condition and allows me to drive with complete confidence in this exemplary driving machine. Pleeeeeease keep these great assets on board at Holman!
