Lorie Kleeman will earn your business. She doesn't pressure you and allows the products to sell themselves. This dealership doesn't sell junk so there is no need for the BS like other dealerships. I had been car shopping for roughly 2 months. Lorie ended that search with her amusing personality and great product. Thanks again Lorie.

GREAT Dealership

I just leased a brand new Mercedes from Tom Masano. Even tho I live closer to another dealership, it is definitely worth the drive to Reading to lease my cars. Neal (sales) Phil (manager) and Rob (finance) are all absolutely wonderful- all very smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There is not a thing they will not do to make you happy with your new purchase.

My wife and I had our first experience with Mercedes this month. Other than chopping a few grand off the prices, we could not have had a better experience. Our salesman,Todd, was very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgable. He made the whole process very pleasurable. My wife usually gets very aggitated when car shopping and she was in good spirits the whole time thanks to Todd. We enjoyed the process so thoroughly, that not only did we buy one car, we bought two. I always knew of the Mercedes reputation for making high quality vehicles. But after seeing them up close and driving them, I now believe it is a well deserved reputation. I will definately recommend Mercedes and Masano to anyone that asks. And even a few that don't ask. Sincerely, Nate Brandon

Not so great!

Spoke to lady all week called the day before to schedule test drive and drove 2 1/2 hour to find out it was sold turned around and drove back they did nothing for me except excuses!

I made the purchase from Tom Masano for one simple reason at first and that was the price. I had access to auction prices for the Honda Pilot I purchased and the price I purchased it for from Tom Masano was whole sale. This was my first internet purchase of a vehicle so I was skeptical at first. But after working with Kerry, I was comfortable because the he and the dealership just got things done. There was no delays in getting paper work completed and communications were impeccable. When the vehicle arrived, it was in great shape. The pictures from Tom Masano website did just to the car I received. The car had been detailed and was a dream to drive. The bottom line is that I received a great experience for the price point for the car. I highly recommend Kerry and Tom Masano.

Researched my vehicle's price and found best price at...

Researched my vehicle's price and found best price at Masano. Kerry Stone got me the additional information I wanted. Kerry came in on his day-off to meet my schedule and then stayed until late to accommodate another last minute change in my schedule. He went above and beyond in helping to get the vehicle to me. Kerry even insisted on buying my family coffee while we completed the transaction. Financing was arranged quickly and the loan was priced competitively by Rob Wahl. Team work and a good atmosphere was evident at the dealership. There was no pressure. There did not have to be; I already knew the vehicle was priced fairly. I got a fair deal for my trade in. There was no games and everyone was working to get the sale done with my satisfaction at the center of their focus. What else need I say.

Our recent purchase of our 2012 mercedes c300 sport from the tom masano dealership was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had in all of our years of purchasing vehicles. We drove from a Maryland to Reading, Pa, approx. 1 hour drive to see the car that we had been researching for 6 months and looking to purchase. Luis, our salesman, was the most honest, no pressure, completely informative salesperson we have ever met !!!!! He went above and beyond to answer every question , went over every bell and whistle that our new car had, and even went back to find my husbands cell phone that he lost during the test drive. What an absolute life saver ! I read all of the reviews at tom masano , before we took the hour long trip to reading. We now know why this dealership is without a doubt the best dealership to purchase your next car from. From the moment we walked in the front door, until the moment we left out the door new purchase, every person that we encountered with this dealership was friendly, knowledgable, eager to satisfy, and not pushy. Phenomenal experience!! Hands down. They will go above and beyond your expectations, and you will return for future purchases because you will have all the confidence in this company. I have purchased more than one vehicle, and every time I went in Neal and Phil would listen to exactly what I wanted and needed. They did not try to push me into anything other than exactly what I requested. The rest of the staff accommodated my children during our visit. Best customer service, very knowledgeable, honest, kind, and beyond that great personalities to make a big purchase such an easy process.
