Excellent experience at dealership

Very happy with dealership. Javier Valera was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was very patient and was able to negotiate price in order to get a good deal. Will go back for sure for my next purchase and I do recommend him to everyone. THANK YOU!!

Best customer service Brian Lagos

Brian Lagos service was the deciding factor to lease a 2020 Mazda C3. He was patient and explained all the new tech safety devices that I was looking to embrace. He was the reason I ended up with a Mazda over a Honda accord and a Toyoda camery. Michael

Super fast sale of a vehicle! Excellent service

The sale of my new vehicle was super fast. I used other dealers in the past and I spend most of my day in the dealer. It was a nice experience! In Mazda of North Miami and I came out driving a nice car with affordable monthly payments

Terrible Customer Service

I bought a new vehicle with them and I tried canceling my GAP insurance for the previous vehicle. I called two weeks later, only to be told they did not cancel the GAP insurance, with proof that I had already canceled the insurance I was told by Arnold that within 4-6 weeks I would receive a check with the remaining balance of the insurance. It has been 8 weeks and still nothing. I tried contacting the dealership on multiple occasions and they are always busy. What can I do to get this settled? I'm only trying to get back what is only mine.
