Not great. After the shop had my truck for over a week to fix a problem, they returned it to me with the engine light on. And it wasn't my first time being there for that same problem. You would think that they would have done a vehicle inspection before returning the truck, but tgat wasn't the case.

Overall they provide good customer service. The car used cars dept needs to do better a quality control. The cars had an issue with the intake and they tried to implied that I had changed and the cars wasn't like that. I only had the cars for 1 day and half when the issue presented. I Gm had no time or would mess will mess up with my new car.

Maintenance and USB issues which tool 3 weeks and no follow up or updates on the status. I had to personally call 3 times and come in myself to inquire on my 2025 GMC AT4 brand new truck.
