I recommend getting the extended warranty.

I recommend getting the extended warranty. 2 days after getting car engine light came on. They had the car in the shop for 2 weeks. Luckily no charge since we had the extended warranty. Price was much higher than what we thought. Financing very confusing.

Really good experience, if that?

Really good experience, if that?s possible when buying a car. Of course, this dealer does what all of them do, they give you an outrageous price and hope you?ll pay it. I guess this tactic works or they wouldn?t continue to do it. After we settled on a price and made a deal, the experience was superb. Great salesman and finance people; friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.

I am certainly satisfied with the service advisor and work on my vehicle. The mechanic found a problem and it was repaired that I was not aware of and I’m thankful for that.

The entire staff was knowledgeable and professional.

The entire staff was knowledgeable and professional. The Ram truck is great, but I am having trouble with the electonics. Some of the features do not appear to work as they should.

We bought our car on a Thursday and by Saturday the

We bought our car on a Thursday and by Saturday the engine light came on. It was in the shop for Almost 3 weeks waiting for diagnostic. Once they got the part it literally took 10 minutes. Now it?s making a noise.
