AutoNation Service
Old and unpleasant dealership, waited a lot, papers were wrongly done. One guy had to drive to my house to get paper re-signed....twice. Service awful, waited 20 minutes before someone took my car in, even though I had an appointment. And they forgot to do the recall which was one of the 2 things I needed with an oil change, so I had to bring my car again. They don't do satisfaction survey like other dealership neither when I bought nor for services. They probably had so many bad reviews, they realized it was useless.

Service dept
Bought our 2014 Dodge Ram ( this will be our 3rd truck purchased from here) on 7/30/16, drove 2 hours to purchase the truck, get home the antenna is striped, the console won't open and the CD player says it can't read the CD, and there is a knocking in the dash. (Had that on the ford I traded in , knew what it was and it was covered under my extended warranty) called the service dept made an appt for 8/20/16, told the guy exactly what was wrong. Drop it off at 7 am, get a call from the guy at 11:30 am, that the Extended Warranty dept is closed on weekends and he sent them an email, won't know whether anything is covered until Monday the 22nd. I said I told you what was wrong with it, he said I had to have MY mechanic check it out. You knew for 2 wks I was driving 2 hours to get here you didn't know the warranty dept doesn't work on weekends? Pick the truck up, says he will call me first thing Monday morning, NOON I finally call him, nope haven't heard a word, should be a couple more hours, NOTHING, finally 4:55pm, I call back, OH I had to send them more information they needed, so it will PROBABLY be tomorrow before I hear from them, I'll call you in the morning, Really will you???? So an 8 hour round trip (twice to Phx) to get the truck fixed. Love the salesman we dealt with, but hope I don't eve have to deal with this kid again. And he took my antenna off, laid it in the front seat so it wouldn't get lost. Get half way home and think about it, no antenna, asked him about it today, OH I'm sorry it's here do you want me to mail it to you? OMG , Customer service anymore isn't what it use to be.

Ram 1500 Air Ride Suspension Repair
Took a bit to track down the problem to the compressor, then order the replacement parts. They let me have my truck back as parts delivery would take longer than our planned vacation. When back from vacation, parts had arrived. Scheduled the repair and picked up the truck the same day. Was kept informed of their progress. They were courteous and professional

New car experience
I was referred to AutoNation by a family member because I was looking to trade in my previous vehicle and buy a new one. I had previously went to 3 different dealerships in search of the same goal but was not happy with results or offers. I was upside down in my previous vehicle and my credit is not outstanding, it's okay but not great. I was in communication with Michelle in the Internet dept prior to going in and had her answer many questions before going in. Once I got there I saw Michelle but actually did the purchase through Gordon. Gordon was great! Very helpful, personable, and most importantly wasn't too salesmany for me. We got down to three options and ultimately ended up with the car I really wanted. The finance part took longer than desired but that was due to a great finance person getting me the best rate and lowering the payment so I'm fine with it. The sales manager really worked with me to get the sale finalized. Even calling me the next day to ensure satisfaction with the service! Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Gordon and AutoNation.

warranty service on my jeep
the most horrid experience ever. I had an appointment on a Friday at 11 am, after waiting for an hour a person ask what my problem was. he then said that they could not take care of it that day. he scheduled a new appointment for the following Tuesday at 11 am. when I arrived the tech. ask again what was the problem. He stated that the were very busy, he would allow me to have a service rental free of charge, he would keep me in touch. nothing happened ,so on Friday He called to say that they would not be able to get to my car until next week. I told him that my jeep is equipped for my being able to haul her electric chair and I need the jeep before next week. he later that day called to say that a tech. was assigned to my jeep. he later called to say that the ignition switch was the problem that they were putting in a new switch. He also stated that the tech. found an aftermarket alarm system installed incorrectly. I informed him that I bought the Jeep new and I did not have an alarm system on the Jeep. he stated that I could pick up my jeep in the morning (Sat) It appears that the dealership is lacking in the ability to take care of their service customers. .
