Porsche Delaware

So, let me tell you about my experience with Porsche of Delaware. One word sums it up, AWESOME. Their sales manager, Alex Witham, is one of the finest individuals I have ever met. He worked hard to get me the allocation and made it a year to remember for me and my daughter. He went way above and beyond what was expected. He is down to earth, was always accessible, and is a subject matter expert on the Porsche brand. Alex is the best. He is a great asset to Porsche, and Porsche should be extremely proud to have him representing their brand. I have been a Porsche fan since I was a little kid and have purchased several Porsches, but none of those experiences were as exceptional as this one. I highly recommend Porsche of Delaware and especially Alex Witham for his tremendous efforts.

I enjoyed working with everyone at Porsche of Delaware. They were helpful and comforting with all my questions and concerns. This may sound cliche but I feel like part of the family at Porsche. Sean Johnson who is the general manager leads a great team that take great care in service and their products!

The customer service that I received from General Manager Sean Johnson was outstanding. He was very personable, knowledgable and patient with me which made for a pleasant experience. Prior to working with Mr. Johnson I had an awful experience with a Pennsylvania Porsche/Audi dealership and was very turned off by the automotive industry all together. The dealership lacked integrity and customer service, which are both very critical components that I require of a business if I'm patronizing it. Fortunately, Mr. Johnson restored my outlook on the automotive industry by operating in integrity and providing excellent customer service. Good customer service keeps customers coming back and I am a repeat customer of Porsche of Delaware.

I brought my car in for service and the quality and prompt manner they attending to me was extraordinary.

I cannot speak more highly of Sean Johnson, General Manager at Porsche of Delaware. Sean has been helping me with car purchases since his days at the Ford/Lincoln Winner dealership in the early 2000s. He listens to your needs and tries to find the best car for you, while staying in your budget. Whether he was personally helping me or referring me to other Winner group folks, I truly value his help. I am a current Audi owner, being taken care of by the Winner Audi team: Tommy Mihok (Sales), Chris Oakes and Jeremy in service, and a cast of other friendly folks. I am looking forward to my upcoming purchase of a Porsche Macan, and know that I will be treated fairly and respectfully in that transaction.

My new Cayenne purchase experience at this place was simply outstanding and Sean ensured that the purchase process was very smooth. When he called me initially to discuss my car needs, I did not realize that he is the General Manager. This is my third luxury car purchase and my first Porsche. I was interested in a hassle free luxury car buying experience. After discussing with a few other Porsche dealers, I ended up buying at this dealership. Sean was actively involved in ensuring my 100% satisfaction in every step of the purchase process and he went the extra mile in every aspect of my purchase experience. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Sean again.

This is the place to buy your next sports car. They really know performance automobiles and are willing to take the time to understand exactly what you want/need (let's be realistic, Porsche sports cars are purchases you make because you are passionate about driving not because you need transportation. ) Alex Witham, the sales manager is knowledgeable about cars and also passionate about driving. Tia Donohue was my sales associate and was fantastic to work with in every stage of the purchase.. She made sure I always knew the status of my order and answered every question that came up. Sandy, the receptionist is great to work with as well. Every time I call, she addresses me by name and also knows what kind of car I have! Impressive customer service! My wife and are are considering the purchase of a Macan and will definitely go back to Porche of Delaware because we trust them to treat us fairly and honestly.

I just bought my third Porsche from this dealer. I keep coming back because they are excellent to work with. Tia Donohue was my most recent salesperson. I asked a lot of questions about the GT-4 and she either had the answers or very quickly got them and communicated back to me. Throughout the purchase process from initial order through delivery, Tia and the sales manager, Alex Witham, kept me informed. They were very honest and consistent in their communications. I like this dealer for service as well. I brought my car in to discuss how to adjust the aerodynamics. Mike, the service manager showed me the service manuals and discussed what to do. He spent the time educating me about the car and there was no charge! Excellent service!

Visited dealer about four times and dealt with Brandon Rogers, very nice young man. Also, spoke/dealt with Tia, Alex, David, Sean, Sandy, Mike and Kim. Also Vince and Sam of Delaware PCA. I've always wanted a Porsche and finally made my wife drive one (a Cayman which I would have been quit satisfied with), she mentioned to Brandon "My husband is a smart man, he made me drive one of these things" . Lucky me, she didn't want the engine six inches behind her so we had to get a 911. Never pushy, always accommodating to the point of offering us the car we wanted (a perfectly broken in Executive car) for the weekend to help us decide. We didn't risk that weekend test drive but closed the deal the next weekend with complete ease. Since our purchase six weeks ago I've spoken with Brandon a number of times with questions which were all well answered as I learn how to us all the gadgets. Hope to sometime back up the 911 with a Panamera and would definitely do so at Porsche of Delaware. Sandie & Don

I purchased a Cayenne S for my wife, worked with John Mase, and the experience exceeded my expectations. All calls were answered/quickly returned, pricing was fair and upfront, and the entire purchase process was pleasurable. We really appreciated the follow-up after the purchase to ensure the car was meeting our expectations. I was so impressed, I recently scheduled a service for new tires and yearly maintenance for my 911. The Service Manager gave me an estimated time and cost and I decided to wait. The service wait time was a little quicker and the actual work cost was spot on. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the facility amenities are top notch (comfortable, free wifi, customer office/work area, and great coffee!) Along with my purchase, service visit and available car pick-up service, I would highly recommend this dealership to all present and future Porsche owners.
