My wife and i have stopped by the dealership on at least 5 occassions, and although have yet to pull the trigger, we always ask for Randy. We promise Randy, as soon as we make the plunge it will be with you. Each time we come in we look at different cars. Malibu, Equinox, Cruze. Tried them all. Love them all. Love Randy. But this car is for our 17 year old daughter, and its a huge decision. All this to say, We have always been treated kindly, and like we are there to buy that day. I came in with my son to buy a used car. He saw nothing on the lot that made him happy until he met Randy. She far exceeded our expecations. She was not only adorable, and with that accent,how could you not love her, but the most patient person I ever met. She spent her ENTIRE day just trying to please my son, and she did. WIth the help of one of the sales managers, after she found the car my son really wanted, the manager had it shipped in from another Autonation store. She never seemed to mind one bit going above and beyond in fulling my sons every need. Thank you Randy for all of your help and patience. You're the best! And we will be sending all of our friends and family to you. Autonation is very blessed to have someone as terrific as Randy on board.

Richard had an excellent interaction both via email and over the phone. He was straightforward and clear on the steps to follow to make the deal happen. Always following up on daily basis making sure the list of things to do was done ensuring accuracy just to reduce waiting times at the dealer. He was able to gather two vehicles I was looking for and at any given time never disappointed us. Richard has an excellent customer service base worth enough to come back for our next purchase.

I'm sipping coffee this morning looking at the sun gleaming on my new Cruze, and just loving it. Thank you so much to the Greenacres team and everything they did to make this car happen for me. It was my first new car experience and our salesman Isaac made it very special. Our family was touched at how we were treated like family always greeted with a smile and a hot cup of coffee and handshake or a hug. Isaac spent extra time with me setting up all the gadgets in the new car, which I'm sure was a challenge as I am not technically inclined! I drove away knowing that if I ever need anything car-related I've got a great team to turn to. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends that they see Isaac when they need a vehicle.
