Hidden body damage, engine leaking oil and interior very

Hidden body damage, engine leaking oil and interior very dirty (stains, dog hair, smudges and products from the previous owner left in the vehicle). Vehicle was sold as a gm certified used vehicle. Dealer has had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and no communication with the service department after trying to get in touch with them several different ways. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a gm dealership since buying vehicles for last 20 years. Should have walked away when I had the chance.
