Got confirmation so showed up first thing next morning and the truck was moved to different dealership by salesman wanting to sell to family member. Wasted pto day and 2hr drive. Price does not care about customers.

Did not honor advertised price
I wanted to purchase a 2020 Toyota Corolla VIN# 5YFHPRAE8LP052984 from Price Toyota in New Castle Delaware, stock number K052984. The price advertised on the internet was $14,530.00 On July 20, 2020 at 12:17 PM I called and spoke to Samantha who confirmed that the car was still available; that the price was correct at $14,530 (she confirmed it with Tom Bonner); and that I had an appointment for 12:45-1:00 the same day. I went to the dealership and asked to test drive the car and was given keys to do so after they made a copy of my drivers license. When I got back, I gave them a Mastercard to put $4,000 down and come back between 5:00 and 6:00 PM to pay the balance and take delivery. Trevour Shoun got involved and said they could not honor the price. Another gentleman got involved and he too said they would not honor the price of $14,530. They moved it up to over $18,000. I consider this to be false advertising and misrepresentation. If anyone has the ability to censure the dealership, I ask that you do so. If anyone has the ability to make them honor the advertised price, I would like to buy the car etc.

They tried.
I was surfing for a used Camry, and their sales rep did reach out to me repeatedly by phone. Ultimately, they just didn't have the car I was looking for, but it wasn't for lack of trying.

Not a very good customer service
honestly they hid the accident details of the car I was buying, even after repeated asking...when applying for the loan the bank representative confirmed me about the accident..... really unfortunate to see this dealer is lying to sell his product......

"I am not a 1st time Price Buyer"
Let me start by saying Jay Brown is the man if you do buy a car from Price. My ratings have nothing to do with him. If he would go to another dealer... I would follow him. I think change is always inevitable, however, you hope for the better not the worst. My wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles from Price since 2000. Jay has actually sold me most, and Stoney who is no longer there has always been a champion to us. This last car we purchased however will be our last from Price. Where we used to go and feel like we mattered, especially with the number of cars we've purchased from them, and the business we sent to them (even our own family members)... I now walk away with that typical sleezy car dealer mentality I have been able to avoid for 14 years. I will not go into layered detail, but I will state that our family, and those we talk to about car purchasing, Price will never be an option again. We are done. To Jay, Good Luck, to Stoney hope you are doing well... To Hahn and the rest of the management and new owners of Price... we will not bother you again with a purchase from your dealership. EXELLENT SERVICE
This Dealership is AWSOME. I get the tire service special and I was promised about an hour and Stephanie was right on the money and she did not try any dealer add on and they fixed a air temp sensor and I was not charged for it. thank you so much you guys are the best all other Toyota dealers need to follow suite i.e. Vineland, NJ I live 15 minutes from this dealer and they are the worst, I much rather drive 30-40 minutes out of my way to get much better service. Thanks again you guys get my 5 stars

Price has large selections of Prius models
Rich gave us great service and we never felt pressured into buying our car. I was surprised how many Priuses Price Toyota has on the lot. We had been to other Toyota dealers that only had a few and one dealership told us that we would have to pay over sticker. That was not the case at Price.
