Terrible service. Purchased a used 2019 Honda Civic...

Terrible service. Purchased a used 2019 Honda Civic because I was told my car lost value after a car accident . Not only did I purchase a used car but one that shakes , my sales person let me drive off the lot with a car that was shaking even after he felt it he had the nerve to tell me there wasn’t anyone available at maintenance to check it out. I had to come back a week later because the shaking was so bad . Thanks a lot Honda . All on Xmas Eve . The only attentive guy was Derrel from the finance office (I believe that was his name) , because I learned that day that I had to re-do the contract paperwork. Again terrible service . The same thing happened when I leased my Honda Civic 2018 I had a sales guy by the name of Marvin I believe was his name and his service was just as bad. Step it up Honda of Woodland Hills.

Car was :not clean when I picked it up, especially windows, was not full of fuel as I was told it would be,I received no explanation about operating this car, the fuel cell hydrogen credit card had expired.When I contacted salesperson he claimed he was no responsible for any of the issues I raised.
