The commercials are true! The team really was helpful. At one point, one of the team members even soothed my crying baby haha Everyone was friendly, efficient, and treated me with respect. I didn’t feel like my salesperson (Jose) was pushing anything on me - he was simply answering my questions and helping me make the best decision on a vehicle for my growing family. Literally the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. :)

We already knew what car we wanted. We negotiated via email with Johann David. He responded to emails immediately. We had a deal after a few emails and we had our new Passport a few hours later. Johann made it easy. 10 out of 10!
