Scott was very professional, answered any questions my wife and I had and we never felt pressured to buy. He got us a good deal, presented the numbers to us and gave us time to review and make a decision and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. Jen took care of the financial paperwork very quickly and efficiently. She made sure we knew everything that we were signing while making sure the process didn't drag on.
