Great Service from Scott and Jen

Saw a used Ford Explorer online and sent in an email to request information. My salesman Scott Bernard got back to me right away and scheduled an appointment. Scott was very professional, answered any questions my wife and I had and we never felt pressured to buy. He got us a good deal, presented the numbers to us and gave us time to review and make a decision and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. Jen took care of the financial paperwork very quickly and efficiently. She made sure we knew everything that we were signing while making sure the process didn't drag on. Very happy with my car and service from Scott and Jen!

Honesty is the key.

Twice a year I drop my car off and tell Corey "Do what it needs" I have always get back an honest answer on what service is needed. I think very highly of your service center

Satisfied customer

The service area and repair bays look clean and organized. The wait time for the service was minimal. Front desk personnel were polite. I can only assume the quality oil change was good.

Fast service and professional

How fast the service was done. And free shuttle service. Very professional, ,and reliable. Would recommend subarea to anybody who need s a good car .great in the snow.

Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere

Timely manner and excellent, friendly customer service. This was my first visit and was treated as a friend by the guys who helped me. Best customer service in the auto field that I've experienced.

Great service!

From the person who made the appointment for me to the service people, I was very happy with the courtesy and the concern about doing the repair. They even found my battery was almost dead and replaced that along with the antenna that the ice storm broke off. They are great to deal with and I have told others about the great service!

Great Service

Kevin was great to work with, never felt any pressure to buy a car. Let us test drive without hovering over us. Went over every detail of the car, made sure we knew how to use everything and made a point to tell us to come back anytime for additional questions.
