I had an awesome experience buying an amazing 2017 Tundra from Gaetano. He was very understanding of my current situation and got me into the car that I wanted. He listened to all of my questions and concerns, and was not pushy at all. The finance manager Marc Clemons added to the overall great buying experience. These two men really streamlined the buying process to make it as easy as possible for me. Thank you Gaetano and Marc for being so helpful. If you’re in the market for a new car, go see Gaetano, he has all the qualities you’d look for in a great car salesman. I could not reccomend him enough!!!

During my car search I met a lot of dishonorable and untrustworthy salesmen that give car salesmen such a bad reputation. Ednei was a breath of fresh air. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford and he went above and beyond working with me. He really made me feel comfortable with my choice and helped me get the best deal. The dealership is over an hour from where I live but 100% worth the drive. This dealership is knowledgeable and they work with you not for themselves.

I continue to be so impressed with Toyota Superstore and service department. I took my car in this morning unexpectedly and with no appointment. Brandon Chin immediately greeted me with a comforting smile and informed me everything would be okay. After I expressed my concerns about the car not starting and some other issues I was experiencing, he said he would take care of everything and he would not proceed until he gave me a full report, which he did. So impressive. Everyone I have come into contact with at Toyota Superstore in Hartford and especially the service department have been so professional and courteous. I could not fathom the thought of taking my car anywhere else for service. Thank you for such a positive experience. I will see you when it’s time to purchase my new Toyota. Once you own a Toyota, there’s no going back.
