After waiting over 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment with Jill, I got to wait another 40 minutes after she dropped an application for credit with me. The benefit was watching the obviously un-busy sales team (read: loud, lewd, old frat bros) loudly do nothing for an hour. When at long last I got to speak to Marc in finance, I was overjoyed to hear just how much better he thought his ideas were than mine. As an educated young woman, I love when old men tell me what I REALLY want to do! He was patronizing for the entire interaction, and was pushy, stubborn, and after a sale. Every negative stereotype about sales people is truly embodied by Marc. I love the service team here. They make this place worth it. But sales and finance have a lot of room to improve.

Thisady Khongdy went above and beyond to help me find the right car for my college age daughter. Despite the sweltering heat, he tireless presented us with choices from their extensive inventory. When we finally found the best car for her, TK, as he is known, and the entire team assisted us with the paperwork in a very efficient and professional manner, staying late on a Friday night, so that she could drive the car home that night. I did a lot of research up front and knew both the model I wanted and what I felt I needed to really check out on the vehicle. Adam was very pleasant, low pressure, and allowed me to take the vehicle I wound up purchasing for a long drive by myself, after driving another one with him first. Their initial offer was very reasonable both on my trade and the new truck, so basically a haggle-free deal. Everyone was pleasant and it's a very "low stress" place to buy a car. I'd definitely go back, although I plan to keep this one a long time!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Foley, what a great guy I felt like he was true to his word. He found me a car in my price range and was willing to let me drive it like I would in day to day driving. From the beginning I felt like they were all there to help and get me a car for the price range I could afford. I leased a Toyota Corolla. I started talking with an online rep Tina and she forwarded my email onto Rich, who then set me up with Luis (I hope I have the right sales rep). They all worked well together to get me a great deal and I signed for a car the same day I walked into the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially first time buyers or leasers.
