My experience began in the service department. The receptionist met me at the car and greeted me with a smile and helped me immediately. She was able to connect me with a salesman after I had received a phone call about possibly reducing the payments on my current vehicle. Kelsey was able to connect me with Michael. He was very honest about my situation. He did the necessary leg work and paper work to help me make sound financial decisions. Based on the information he provided, I traded for a Kia Optima. Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and wasn't scared of my driving (and insisted that I must drive it even though I was confident that the "shoe" would fit perfectly)! He has followed up with me to make sure everything has been fine with the vehicle. Not only did I make a great trade, I made lots of friends!

I would truly recommend Eli Reese he was a fantastic salesman. He knew all about the cars and answering all of our questions quickly. The wait time was quick and we are really enjoying our new car. I would recommend going to paramount Kia the staff is great and this was truly our best car buying experience.

I had the best experience with Justin. He went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect car on top of us test driving many different vehicles till we found the right one. He was so patient with me along the way. I will defiantly be making future purchases with him and so thankful for all him and his dedication of how he treats his customers.

Micheal Blackwood is your 'go to' guy! He is well knowledgeable, not pushy or harassing. He will go out of his way to make sure everything goes smoothly and efficiently. It was an easy process even though I was hesitant at first. He was very assuring and has a calming demeanor. He's an awesome salesman who allows the customer to make the final decision.

Everything went well with my lease . I had a great sales lady Cathy Rivas not pushy and was Quick to answer all of my questions . Overall I have been very pleased with this dealership I’m a loyal customer and haven’t had such a great experience anywhere else . I’ll be leasing my next car here .
