They should be ashamed for selling a used car with so

They should be ashamed for selling a used car with so many things wrong with it, and then not doing anything to help us. There was a cover missing on the oil filter, an oil leak, a broken seatbelt and the electronic system was a mess. They knew there was a problem with the electronic sound/communication system when they worked on it prior to us taking the car. When the thing had hideous problems less than two weeks after the 30 day warranty they refused to help us. They lie to customers and sell cars in bad shape. They should be ashamed.

Shop around. Just as bad as Carzone

Sold a bad car. Only 2 months in and needs a new starter. Service is poor. No communication in between departments or to customers waiting to be serviced. Got 2 different answers when I called about my car. Just don't seem to care which is fine! But then refund me and take my name off the account!

First Rate and Professional

We bought a gently used 2020 CX-5 and the experience was first rate. Ameer Miller was our sales guide and he paid attention to our needs. We bought the car we wanted and Ameer made it easy. After the sale, he even programed our cell into the vehicle, which was a bonus for us old folks. Everyone we dealt with at the Dealership was great and we would recommend Hertrichs Capitol to others.

Disorganized and dishonest

I inquired about a vehicle on their site 3 times - no one called me so I decided I call them. Once I called and made an appointment to look at a vehicle, they were pretty friendly. I made the appointment for the day after. Being an hour 1/2 away I also called the day off to confirm. They said all is well and we’re good to go. They even texted me and said looking forward to seeing you an hour before my appointment! I got there the scheduled appointment time and they had informed me the vehicle was sold. And it’s been sold for some time So not only did they lie on the phone when I made the appointment, they lied the day of the appointment. I understand miscommunications and clerical errors happen, but this was really absurd and wasted over 3 hours of my time. I also believe it was a bit intentional as as soon as I got there they were VERY eager to try and get me into another car yet didn’t have any of the particular one I was looking for. What a disorganized mess. Get it together.

Very disappointed with this dealer unacceptable they...

Very disappointed with this dealer unacceptable they service department. My car was suppose to be service they never service but it was use to socialize in it if it was suppose to be in boxy shop why are my seats was rearranges and spot in car on my seat and head rest disarray unacceptable customer care. Never service my jade it for almost two weeks. Only had car since April 2021.

Great experience overall

Couldn’t believe that the car I was looking for right down to the color and extras was sitting there in the lot. It was a painless and fair and easy experience. The staff truly are customer service oriented. Bottom line. Very happy with my new ride.
