I had a great customer experience when purchasing my

I had a great customer experience when purchasing my new vehicle. My sales person Rian Banks helped find the right car for my budget and made the process easy and simple. Thanks again to McCarthy Chevrolet overland Park.

I had noise with braking caused by sticking calipers.

I had noise with braking caused by sticking calipers. The service dept at McCarthy Morse Chevy had previously diagnosed the problem and in an attempt to spare me replacement of the calipers, had removed, cleaned and lubed the calipers. But they told me if the noise returned, I would need new calipers. The noise returned after 6 weeks and I had the work done for $1,100. Problem solved and car running fine. My great appreciation to MMC for their great service department and staff.

I live in a different city and county and was looking

I live in a different city and county and was looking online at a car that I liked. I had limited time to get a new car. My sales person was fantastic. There was no pressure from them and they listened to me. McCarthy Morse made it so easy. I live almost 100 miles away yet my sales person brought the car to me. Outstanding. Highly recommend.

Great Dealership

Vehicle met all my expectations, salesman explained the overall operations , the vehicle was in really good shape, only thing they missed was the lights not working on inside of right toolbox which would have been easy to miss unless it was opened and checked at night, very pleased with my experience with this dealership

Good price, terrible communication and detail team

3 different people communicating me to make the sale. Had to ask for it to be cleaned once agreed on the price and still came home with a dirty front seat and rocks and gunk in the bed of the truck.

Run- do not walk to McCarthy Morse Chevrolet. Erik Fish was one of the best car salesmen in my 40 years of buying cars. Very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful in the vehicle buying process.

Service here sucks

Spent over an hour trying to call and book an oil change. no answer. over 20 calls made to several different numbers at the dealership during normal business hours. Resorted to scheduling online. My wife showed up at the scheduled time, Lucas, the service rep insulted her for booking online. then my wife had to wait with our 7yr old daughter for 3.5 hours just for an oil change. I have went here several times for an oil change on my fleet vehicle, never had any issues. My wife tries to help me out this time and it was absurd. They have my fleet info saved every time, but apparently this time, they told her they don't save any of that information before even looking up our account. Why wouldn't you keep those notes? Also, when you first pull up, no one ever greets you and they all expect you to know what's going on, where to park, where to wait... might as well take down the "Service" sign, because there is no customer service here at all! We will not be back.
