Great service

Very satisfied with needed service even though I did not have an appointment . All I needed was adjustment to tire pressure. Good work as always.

On-Time, On-Schedule, Within Targeted Cost, Outstanding Qual

Just purchased a new Rav4 from Molle. The service staff installed my ad-on accessories and did a calibration standard job. There service sets a new benchmark for others to meet.

Fastest car buying experience

We went in to trade in our vehicle for a Toyota Sienna to accommodate our growing family, and it was the easiest, and fastest experience we've had buying a newer car. Highly recommend!

Disappointed

After waiting nearly 1 1/2 hours I inquired what status was on my vehicle. I was told tech who admitted my car was at lunch & my car was ready but no one had notified me! The only item done was tire rotation! After leaving I had to make u-turn to return as no air pressure had been added to tires. Needless to say, I was very disappointed as that’s not the typical service I am accustomed to at Molle. I’ve personally purchased 6 brand-new vehicles since 1994. I really miss Nancy as she was so friendly & made you feel welcome Plus, she kept things running smoothly.

25K Service

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Molle and always have had them serviced at Molle because I trust them and have never had any issues after service was done. Service staff is always friendly, explain what they are going to do to the vehicle, and they get me in and out quickly.

Has always been a great place to purchase a Toyota.

I have purchase three vehicles from Molle's and have always had a very positive experience. The sales rep, Roger Garner, is excellent to work with and does whatever he can to make for a very pleasant car buying experience. Family members over the years have purchased at least 4 vehicles from Molle's and have had no regrets. I would highly recommend them, and especially Roger, if you are in the market for a new car or truck.

Great service experience

I have been using Molle Toyota for service on my vehicle since I purchased it there in 2012. I have had many good service experiences, but yesterday Jason Murray did an exceptional job. He advised me what was recommended for my vehicle without the feeling that he was "upselling" me. He was pleasant (but not overly chatty) and efficient, told me when my car would be ready (I generally wait for my car to be serviced) and delivered it even quicker than promised. Would recommend, another positive service experience.

Tim the service advisor was great

Tim Sutherland took time to explain the services he recommended for my Tacoma. He was informative and friendly. He also told me of what to watch for to insure continued good performance of my Tacoma.

Recall and repair

Brandon was very helpful in initiating and coordinating my service. I experienced him to be knowledgeable and courteous in his comportment. He helped the process to be pretty painless.

correct, timely, friendly, honest

My car is always repaired correctly and in a timely manner. And the service is friendly. I feel like they are honest in their appraisal of what needs to be done.
