I live in Dallas and haven't bought a car in 17 years....

I live in Dallas and haven't bought a car in 17 years. Things are done differently now. I searched the entire country and settled on Molle because of my interaction with Beth over the Internet. Upon arriving in Kansas City I dealt with Steve and he was fantastic. He showed me all the technology on the car and even checked on me a few days later to make sure I made it home and everything was working well. It did not used to be this stress free buying a car. My buying experience with Molle, Beth and Steve could not have been more pleasant. Thank you very much!

40,000 mile check up

Service person was friendly and informative. My service was completed in a comfortable amount of time. The price seemed a little high, but then I am not a mechanic!

I did meet with one of the sales manager to get the proper delivery and intro to the service department. When I read the five star ratings for this dealership, I assume nobody had the experience I had. I’ve accepted the apology of the Sales manager and will continue using the service department for my new car.

Efficient

The website was very helpful in preparing to visit the showroom. The salesman was informative and helpful. There were no surprises and the experience was as stress-free as buying a car can be.

Great experience!

We recently traded in an older Toyota for a newer car one at Molle and had a great experience! Our sales person, Clayton, was excellent and patient with us and the deal was absolutely fair. We also appreciate the steps they have taken to ensure our comfort and safety during this pandemic time. Clayton also gave us a tour of the facility and synched our cellphones with the car Bluetooth which we really appreciated since we are elderly and technology challenged. We definitely would recommend Molle Toyota!
