I got a car!

Mackenzie Morton was really patient with me. My credit is VERY challenging ,she was very helpful with my purchase .I'm very happy with her business ..Mackenzie even gave me her personal cell phone number! She even called me when she was off work! Now that's going above and beyond customer service!

Could have been better

Sarah was amazing at finding me the perfect Tahoe, however the dealership team lacked customer service. I purchased out of state, once they received their money they seemed to forget about me and my needs of the paperwork and check to pay for my tags. It took 5 weeks and multiple phone calls. The only person who actually worked to make things right was Sarah. The sales manager nor the GM seemed to care in the least bit. I recommend Sarah to everyone I know who is looking for a Chevy, she did go beyond. She needs a raise for sure! I rate the Overall and Customer Service based on the lack of communication with the managers. If it weren't for the horrible wait time and lack of communication with the managers, I would rate 5 stars. Again, Sarah was amazing!
