My salesman, "big" Brian Lambrecht, went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't anything but 100% fully satisfied. And that's exactly what he did, I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. World class salesman!

Brandon Abbott is the best salesman!

There was no question my salesman Brandon Abbott couldn't get answered for me. From the price to the incentive! They worked out a great deal for us. We were treated with respect and much kindness. We worked together on the financing and the payment was lower than what we asked for :) I love our new 2015 Nissan Rogue Select. Cable Dahmer, you have an amazing sales staff and financing department. Thank you Brandon Abbott!

A great service and very helpful.

Went in to buy a new car but with my credit and disability income I couldn't get a new one. My sales rep help me to find a used car the very next day. He checked with many financial places to finance it since I had bankruptcy and medical bills on my credit. He and Cable Dahmer really came through for me.

Won't stand behind vehicle with paint issues.

I have a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze that I purchased 1 year ago at the Independence dealership. I was in a small fender bender and took my car to the collision center for an estimate because I figured I would get better service from the dealership where I bought it. I also took the car to another Chevrolet dealership to get a second estimate. At the second dealership I pointed out 2 places on the hood that the clear coat was peeling in areas that were not involved in the accident that I was concerned about and was told that the hood had been repainted and I should take it back to the dealer I bought it from and they should take care of it. I was asked if it was disclosed to me that it had been repainted and I told them no. I then took my car back to the collision center so they could look at the peeling paint and was told by them that it had been repainted and my estimator Jason Fowler told me he was going to "go to bat" for me and try to get the paint taken care of because it shouldn't be doing this on a 1 year old car. I had already had issues with the collision center for not returning calls when I tried to schedule the repair and after placing several calls to see what was going to be done about the paint and not getting any return call I called the second dealer and scheduled the repair with them and they are going to take care of the paint for me. All in all I placed over 6 calls to the collision center and did not receive a return call. Over two weeks after I took it to them to "go to bat" for me I finally received a call from the collision center telling me they would not cover the paint. I am very disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend that anyone expect anything from the collision center as far as service. I hope their mechanical service department is a lot better that their collision center.
