Couldn’t even call to get an appointment, no one answers the phone. Had to make an appointment online, then the service proceeds to tell me my 2025 GMC has dry rotting tires that has under 30k miles.. then no one wants to talk about warranty. Horrible service all the way around.

I've always received great service at Dellen.
I've always received great service at Dellen. However this visit took way to long. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The people at the service counter were very apologetic about how long it took.

Bluetooth not working, in for service they ordered part.
Bluetooth not working, in for service they ordered part. Ordered wrong part. Owned vehicle for 8 days only had in my possession for 1 and half days. You would think the 172 pts. inspection would catch something like this. Was called and told ordered wrong part module, minutes later got call module and radio needs replaced. Does service right hand know what left hand is doing ? At finance signing they had paper saying no codes on vehicle. When I brought in Pablo took to service and a code for bluetooth showed code for bluetooth. I think a little more time is spent on these vehicles before you sign off on these 172 pt. inspections. I have bought vehicles from Dellen is past had bad service, thought after these years things would have got better, well I guess I was wrong

We always enjoy our purchase experience at Dellen. Our sales person Linda Mates and the General manager Matt had to work really hard to find us the vehicle we wanted but they succeeded and we couldn't be happier!
