Kathleen is absolutely fantastic. Always provides personal attention, always fully addresses -- and resolves -- any questions I may have. Her alertness to her individual customers plus her obvious command of all service issues should place her at the top of your lists of very valued employees. I also recognize that she is supported by a team of mechanics and other service agents to enable delivery of the prompt, excellent service this dealership provides. Kudos to all.

One of the worst ever
After coming to this dealership, I’ve never been more mad in my life. The profanity used by this man is not acceptable especially in front of my son. There is no professionalism there at all. I will never be coming back nor would I ever have Jonas sell me a car, worst salesman in the country.

** MISINFORMED **
These guys are what a joke. I spoke with Shane over the phone he connected me with his finance manager Sam. I gave them all of my information to them over the phone to save time. I specifically told them I am coming from far away 1 1/2 hour drive. They assured me that they got me approved from capital finance 100% approved and I may pick the car. When I arrived there they started giving me all different kind of down higher down payments and later they said bank has turned me down. I don’t believe this is a good business practice. Be careful and don’t get trapped with these kind of business deals with these guys.

He offers best value for your budget. I would recommend him. He respects your decision. Easily reachable on phones and email. I like him because he did not always call me in the phone, he let me negotiate thru texts and emails. Great 👍👍

Everyone was very helpful
Went to Honda knowing which car we wanted to lease. As soon as we arrived, Sebastian Pardes began to help us. We test drove the car, and as we were driving, Sebastian provided us with a lot of useful information on the vehicle. The process to meet with a financial agent took a while, and something needed to be revised a couple of days later, but other than that, I would definitely go back here and would definitely lease or buy my next car with Sebastian!!
