I have purchased/leased four cars from Mike Steven Volkswagen through the years. They have always listened and responded to what I needed, and been thoroughly professional in every way. Jeff Gordon and Seth helped me recently with a new Jetta. I always feel they give good trade-in value. I am elated with the car, and have always been impressed with Mike Steven's service department and facilities.

James helped me and my family find the right car at the right price and the right loan terms. He replaced the windshield wipers and had the car detailed, washed and ready to go for me. It was a seamless process and I appreciate it!

I really screwed myself over for buying a vehicle this ppl...they worked really hard to get payments what I could do but as soon as I drove the car off the lot there service sucks...there service manager is rude and when you ask them to work with you it's either there way or no way...they don't care about customers as long as they get money who cares...I'm never going back there again

Wanted to buy a 2014 or 2015 GTI, price was a little steep, started to leave. Sales representative Darin Petrie suggested a test drive of one of the other Golf models--I took him up on that suggestion and I'm more than happy I did. Even though it's not the 2.0T found in the GTI, the 1.8T engine in the Golf SE TSI is very impressive. After that drive I settled for the SE. In 2004, I purchased a 2004 G-35 from this dealership. The entire sales process went very smoothly---with the help of Darin and Seth, this sales experience went well also. "Thanks Darin, I love this car!"

We traded them a truck yesterday for a truck they had. We got a 30 warrenty. We live 7 hours from there. Less then 24 hours from buying the truck it left me broke down at the grocery store. They said there is nothing they can do unless I get the truck 7 hours back to them. In which case they will pay for HALF the repairs. So far it needs 2 new batteries. Which couldn't have gone completely bad in a few hour ride home according to a Mechanic here. So they knew that issue. Along with possible an alternator or something dealing w the computer. Still waiting to find out. Horrible experience.

Paul was very nice to work with and he helped me get the Ford Explorer that I wanted. It was a easy process and I did not feel pressured. I will be back the next time I need a new car.

Sheldon helped me out with a test drive on a used car, he was very knowledgeable, willing to work with me even though it was a lower end used car, he still made me feel as welcome and comfortable as a new car buyer.

I bought a used car from mike steven volkswagen Wichita east almost a month ago and I have been extremley pleased with the whole experience, and mostly my new car! Sheldon Sharp was very personal, and honest and had options available for me the day I came to look and I was sold by the 2nd car we looked at. He let me test drive it that day and there were a few minor scratches and dents that they agreed to repair and the repairs came out wonderful. I live out of city 2 1/2 hours away and since the repairs would take a few days and I had to go back home Sheldon was kind enough to drive my new car up to me when it was done. The buying process was quick and easy with plenty of options and the facility is very well organized with excellent customer service, especially from Sheldon! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

I bought a car last night from Quinton at Mike Stevens Volkswagen. I had a great experience. Quinton was kind, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process. He even had to stay late to work around my schedule. I appreciate that kind of service.
