Alex was so professional and very helpful in helping us choose our Traverse. He was very patient and not pushy. Very knowledgeable ! If there were more young men like him selling cars, you’d sell more cars. Alex is why we went back to Coyle for our purchase. The only complaint we had was with the clean up on the car when we picked it up later that evening. Was told the guy who was detailing the car was 16. Alex jumped in and removed the spots that detailer forgot. Would have been nice to have a brand new car spit shined before picking up as promised. Other than that, we were pleased. Hope Alex continues to stay with Coyle because we will be referring others to him.

Ben and Alex we on point with giving us the information we needed to make our decision to purchase a newer vehicle without a long hassle of running our credit report before giving us an estimate of our possible monthly payment, our old vehicle was totaled by a deer. We needed to get things do pretty quick so that we could replace our car and they even let us get all the paperwork going before insurance had paid us out on our other vehicle.
