Ask for Domonie!

I highly recommend checking out Shelbyville Chrysler, but more importantly ask for Domonie! He went above and beyond to work out a plan with me to get me in a vehicle I loved. I went in with worries of being talked into something I couldn’t afford or didn’t really want, I was worried about my credit, down payment, basically all the above when shopping for a new car, but he made me feel comfortable, talked out everything and was patient! I love my Jeep Compass, and I’m very happy I chose to work with him!

2nd time buyer

I had a good experience the first time buying a vehicle and have been pleased with my second purchase. On one occasion I even had a great conversation with the then new owner. A very likable young man. No I don’t know him personally but my first impression was a positive one. This dealership has also serviced my vehicles by doing the preventative maintenance and trouble shooting some mechanical issues that have occurred. All of which were taken care of satisfactorily. The one thing I have been seeing is that the dealership is getting very busy and that is a good thing. Success is what we want. I just hope that they will never lose the personal touch and attention to detail that is so important to customer satisfaction.

One of the fastest and smoothest Purchases for a New vehicl

Everyone was super helpful and friendly to deal with and work with on my Purchase if the 19 Jeep Rubicon.. Sales staff was super helpful and The Finance department had the paperwork ready super fast ! I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

Nobody can look out a window

They ran my husband’s credit as well as my own which knocked a couple points off. All for a car that was sold and off the lot 4 days ago. Nobody bothered to tell us it was sold, however they did try to sell us another vehicle that we did not want. Nobody returned my calls or offered to make it right. I spoke to 4 people who all promised to return my calls and didn’t. It took 2 hours to get a straight answer to “Is it there or not?” Complete waste of a day, points on my credit score, and breathe on the phone. I would have liked to speak to upper management, but I doubt I could get that far without being hung up on.
