Llevé mi carro hace dos meses y medio a que me le rotaran
Llevé mi carro hace dos meses y medio a que me le rotaran las gomas, estuve tres horas esperando y no me le hicieron nada el carro, hace dos días llevé mi carro para que me le cambiaran el aceite y me le derrotaran las gomas y solamente me le cambiaron el aceite no rotaron las gomas otra vez, me parece un pésimo servicio.

Dejé mi carro por colisión y me fue pésimo con la atención, se demoraron para entregarme el carro además que quedé muy insatisfecha con algunas cosas que hicieron a mi carro, cuando hablé con el manager de colisión no tuve una solución para mi inconformidad

The customer service, Brandon, is very nice and helpful.
The customer service, Brandon, is very nice and helpful. He guide me through all services needed and recommendations. However, when I left Toyota, I noticed that my right back tire had pin, and I had to buy a new tire. At service department, they must not leave pins on the floor. This have impacted me financially and commute. Additionally, they didn’t watch the car. I had to go back and request it.

Excellent service and super fast.
Excellent service and super fast. Even that my car need a recall change, bad sensor replacement under warranty and 20K Oil change. Everything was performed on a single visit and the Iner to home was included
