I recently went to O'Daniel Ford for a no charge factory recall on my Ford Explore. I talked to Michelle and she set me up with a curticy ride and a set time for the work to be completed. She was very pleasant and the service and transportation happened as she said it would. Very happy being treated well by customer service. Michelle. I ended up buying a car from the used car section from Cory the sales rep. He was great to work with and the things he said he would do he did. Which is rare. My experience with Cory and the dealership was excellent. I left thier feeling very respected and well taken care of. I am now a future customer because of thier service.
