I have been dealing with a Daniels Mazda service

I have been dealing with a Daniels Mazda service department for many years and finally got the opportunity to buy a new CX five my experience could not have been better. The person Brennen Wells, Lucero understood what I wanted and show me exactly what I needed and then Sam could not have been happier thank you everyone at O’Daniel.

The gentleman was kind and caring during the entire

The gentleman was kind and caring during the entire buying event. I did not experience any pressure. I know he went the extra mile literally when he came to pick me up 60 miles away so I could drive my new vehicle home. He was able to answer every question about the Mazda and I was glad he was still there after buying my first Mazda from him 9 years ago. I appreciate the time he spent explaining and demonstrating all the features. The best way to explain the buying experience is: I was dealing with a TRUE PROFESSIONAL.

He was able to answer every question about the Mazda and I was glad he was still there after buying my first Mazda from him 9 years ago. The process was very easy and quick especially

The process was very easy and quick especially considering it was a Saturday love the car, loved the buying process only a few things I wasn’t fond of, when I purchased the car it was not very clean at all and I was left with about 1/4 gas to get back to where I live, I was told that there was no one to gas it or clean it which I understand but I still do feel as though it could have been handled better in that regard. Overall it was a great dealership and I would buy from here again just would hope next time the car will be a little bit cleaner and hopefully have enough gas to get me back to my home

I absolutely love my Mazda! I wasn't aware of the certified pre-owned advantages available at O'Daniel. Jeff was extremely helpful and informative in helping me decide what to buy! Highly recommend Jeff and the Dealership!!

This was hands down the BEST experience my wife and I

This was hands down the BEST experience my wife and I have ever had with a car dealership. I believe this was our 12th vehicle purchased over the years and the first from O’Daniel. The entire team was VERY engaged, professional, genuine, and sincere in all steps of the process. My initial contact started with an online text request to confirm our desired vehicle was still available. The confirmation reply arrived almost instantly! I nearly fell out of my chair when I read the reply and it was from a real live person! I was anticipating no follow up or a generic response at best. Following this reply, an appointment was set up for us the upcoming Saturday with a welcoming confirmation message. Upon arrival on Saturday, we were greeted by staff near the front door with a smile and met both Brennen and Matt. We were offered refreshments at this time and Brennen promptly show my wife and I our selected and staged clean vehicle and confirmed it was what we desired (Mazda CX-70 Soul Red Turbo S Premium). We confirmed it was the car we wanted and then I worked on the final purchase agreement details with Brennen. This negotiation process was handled very professional and all our objections and concerns were acknowledged and addressed without any arguments or pressure. We then met with Luke to finalize our paperwork and confirmed our purchase options. We then all chatted and got to know each other on a personal level sharing a few stories and pictures before leaving. This experience made us feel like we have known them all for a long time as if they were long lost friends. Ultimately, we finished our conversation and drove home in our new car. Good job Team O’Daniel Mazda!

Great experience.

Great experience. Really impressed with Matt - he spent time with us in the car explaining and demonstrating all the features. I have never had anyone go through a new car with past purchases. He was great with follow up and quick response time!
