Great Customer Service

I have a 2013 F-150 that was having a braking issue. The vehicle was left with Night-Drop and the envelope was missed. The service department offered me a rental car when the truck was not brought in for service. The truck was ready the next day. The service de3partment went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with me problems.

Gordy is Awesome

Gordy was great to work with throughout the whole process. He couldn't have made it easier and more pleasant. I would recommend working with him- we certainly plan to work with him again when we are in the market for another new car. He is laid back and easy going. No pressure!

The staff is always very helpful! Slight discrepancy with the quoted price and what the computer spit out....took 20 minutes to get resovled but my the Fast track guy caught it and was on it. Thank you!
