Exotic Motorcars

I purchased a vehicle from Exotic Motor Cars in July 2023 under the clear representation that it was a one-owner, accident-free car with low mileage. While the mileage was correct, I discovered today from CarFax that the vehicle actually had FOUR previous owners and had been involved in three separate accidents — none of which were disclosed at the time of sale. This is not a minor oversight; it is a material misrepresentation that has significantly reduced the car’s value and marketability. I am filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the California DMV Investigations Division, and the California Attorney General’s Office for failure to disclose and deceptive business practices. Consumers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when making a major purchase. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and avoid doing business with this dealership.

They said the car has sold. This was the third time I inquired about the 2019 SLC. It has been listed on web sites for the last three weeks. ????? I guess they don't know how to tech !!!!!

I asked a simple question about their listing and they never answered it for me. They sent me a text with the same descriptive information that was posted. I don’t think anyone even read my question !!

about three weeks ago I found a used 1985 cadillac on cars. com They contacted the dealer and said I would be contacted bt the dealer. 3 weeks passed and I never heard from anyone. I visited the dealer today and he said they just sold the car. I missed the opportunity to buy this car

Marv and the entire staff were very responsive to my inquiry about a Bentley Continental I saw for sale on their cars.com page. They even took a video of the car for me to show more detail, they couldn't have been happier to do so. I did not buy their Continental because it was Anthracite which is too dark for me. I was looking for something lighter, but great shopping experience, these guys really know their stuff!

Never received a return call. I called twice. Very poor customer service.

I was interested in one of their many fine vehicles and they got back to me very quickly, were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable.

I came across a Mercedes they had listed on cars.com and I called and spoke with an exceptionally salesman named Ralph and wound up buying the car sight unseen. They arranged shipping to me in Texas and the car is great. Just as Ralph described. Nice people and nice cars.
