I have done business with Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside since 2003, and have never been disappointed in their service. Jonathan Smith is my service advisor, and he provided an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. What a great way to have started out my Saturday morning.

Prompt service! Had a tire rotation and oil change and front brake work. All good.

on-time appointment kept, all routine service required was completed. I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment for a coolant issue that was diagnosed. Jocelyn helped me connect my new phone to the automobile. I'm not completely informed about the steps for the follow-up visit, not sure what is wrong and how it will be addressed?

We are loyal to Autobarn for over 10 years. The service is superb and it feels like family. Edwin was so kind and helpful and introduced me to all options. I have no desire to look elsewhere VW has been so good to my family.
