The salesperson I worked with, Rolando, defied every

The salesperson I worked with, Rolando, defied every negative stereotype I had about used car dealers. Knowing that I was a two-hour drive from the showroom, he agreed to do all the negotiation on price upfront so that I wouldn't make the trip for nothing if we weren't in the same range. He asked me what price I would consider: I told him and he got it approved. I was apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen so he went out to the lot, took detailed photos, and answered every question I had candidly. Dealers often advertise about wanting to earn customers' business--Rolando actually followed through with responsiveness, integrity and respectfulness that motivated me to make the trek.

We had a wonderful and pleasant time buying my wife’s car

We had a wonderful and pleasant time buying my wife’s car at Crowley Kia. Thanks to Bobby Capelli and Branden Velazquez. They were both very professional and meticulous, trying to understand and find out my wife needs and requests for her dream car. They came up with good suggestions and driving testing. My wife loved the 2025 Sportage Plug-in Hybrid X-Line Prestige that they recommended. Thanks, Bobby, for allowing me to call you at any time on your personal phone number, even on your private and out of work time. You were incredible patient with our doubts and concerns. “Happy wife, happy life”. The whole team at Crowley were nice, professional and very helpful: Evan September helped us with practical instructions to understand the Plug-In hybrid car features. What a great team! Thanks guys, you are the best!

I had a flawless experience purchasing my first Kia

I had a flawless experience purchasing my first Kia thanks to Brendan at Kia Crowley. From my first call, I was lucky Brendan answered. He found EXACTLY the model I wanted and made the deposit and buying process smooth and efficient. Brendan stayed in constant contact while I waited for my car and, when it was delayed (through no fault of his or the dealership), he went above and beyond by picking me up at the dealership where I traded in my car and ensuring I had a loaner vehicle. That level of service was incredible. Brendan made sure every part of the process was seamless. He even helped me set up my new car insurance on the spot. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for him to make everything stress-free and enjoyable. When it was time to pick up my car, the process was quick, easy, and fun — even on one of the coldest days of the year! It's clear why people are loyal to Kia Crowley and why Brendan is such a standout. I highly recommend Brendan and Kia Crowley. And the best part? I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAR!
