great service... fair prices...

I was very happy with overall experience... they work with troubled credit... good inventory... very nice staff... my sales guy Eric B. Smith was very knowledgeable ... friendly... he was patient with me and my questions... I felt prices were fair... I would definitely recommend him as a sales guy and place overall as a dealership

Driver's Mart in Winter Park was exceptional

The service provided was exceptional! The sales associate who helped me, Dennis Wiltshire, was really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the time there. Dennis made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. He took care of everything on his end in a timely manner and I ended up leaving the lot with the biggest smile on my face. Thanks Dennis!

**Great Buying Experience**

I walked into the dealership and my sales representative was Eric Smith. I asked to look at a specific vehicle and he showed the vehicle to me and answered all questions that I had about the vehicle. I was so impressed with his knowledge that I ended up purchasing the vehicle before I left the dealership. If you need a sales representative that will go the extra mile for you, you should ask for Eric Smith... You will not be disappointed. Great Buying Experience....

Above Expectations by Far!

First off, I bought a Mazda6 and I love it, it is lovely! I had a great experience at Hollers! Especially when I compare it to other dealerships I have been to the last few weeks! I totaled my car in a car accident about a month ago and have been browsing for my new car since then. I have been really disappointed with all of the other places I have went (Dodge, Ford and Chevy in Clermont for instance) and the way they do business. It felt like they were all being vey sneaky and I would rather have everything laid out ahead of time. I did not feel anything was being disguised at Hollers and it was refreshing! I really appreciated how knowledgeable Vernon Johnson (our sales associate) was. Even on the phone previous to us arriving at the dealership he answered plenty of questions for us! He was comfortable to speak to and I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed in any way! Much appreciated. Phil Collins (sales manager) was also super informative and explained everything in a very detailed way so I could understand what I was choosing, I sincerely appreciated the time he took to do that for us! The last part was the actual paperwork (yuk) but I had a great experience with Jennifer! She was extremely personable and easy to talk to. She explained and answered every questions with a smile (not the fake kind) All in all, I would recommend it to anyone!!! Thank you all!

Decent Purchase

The staff were awesome, very friendly and informative. However did notice confusion between managers and sales representatives which worried me a bit. One big disappointment to me was the way I received the car I purchased. A rim that was present earlier was missing and had no gas. They did replace the missing rim but I had to find the nearest gas station as they do not fill up the gas tank. I would recommend anyone to review cars here but would advise caution in how they prepare cars, especially before you buy them.

very happy

We bought a car from Driver's Mart for the second time. Our representative was Dennis Wiltsh. He listened to what we were looking for and then took us out to show us all the cars available. While we walked around looking at the cars, Dennis stayed outside but didn't walk from car to car as the reps do at dealerships. He was able to answer all of our questions about the car we were looking at. When we finally decided on the car Dennis had the paperwork done and ready for us to meet with Jeanne Miller to go over the financial paperwork. This was done without problems. It is our opinion that we were treated with respect, kindness, professionalism in every aspect of buying a car. We would not have driven and hour plus from Lakeland to their lot if we didn't believe in them and the way they treat their customers as well as the prices they sell their cars for.. We appreciate everything they have done for us. We would recommend them to anyone that is sick of car dealerships and the way they try to get you to buy a car from them. Driver's Mart and Dennis are well worth the drive. Thank you.

Great Car - Great Financing - Great Service

If you want a pleasant, no pressure buying experience, go see Sammy at Driver's Mart. A couple days ago we bought a 2012 Camry from him. I must have spent 2 hours test driving and kicking tires. The entire time Sammy was very accommodating. And when we finally decided to go for it, the dealer beat my bank's pre-approval. There was no hassle and no risk - they have a 5 day or 300 miles return policy for any reason. The next day we brought the car to our mechanic to inspect. He said it was as good as a brand new car. Very happy about our purchase.
