Excellent service attitude and competence
I want to express my appreciation to Bill DeSanctis in the Service Dept . for his excellent assistance the other day when I was at Brewster Honda for my NYS Inspection renewal. When I asked him for help for an additional issue: my cell phone, Bill quickly and correctly re-installed my Bluetooth connection to recognize my Samsung smartphone's hand's-free link after the inspection was completed. He is always a pleasant guy to deal with whenever I come to Brewster Honda for help or service.

Shop for your new Honda elsewhere
Before you close the deal on your new Honda from Brewster Honda, take it to a body shop and make sure it hasn't been repaired. After you've done that, go to another Honda dealer and buy the car you want there. In other words, don't buy a car from Brewster Honda. There are plenty of other choices out there in the area Danbury Honda Friendly Honda Curry Honda DCH Honda Morehead Honda Middletown Honda Mt. Kisco Honda Honda of Westport On a side note, they tell their customers to give good reviews on Google and the CSI phone call. How lame is that!

We ended up buying two cars!
Our sales representative, Ardit Shabi did an excellent job at making us aware of all of the features of my new vehicle. He is very knowledgable and did his very best to accommodate all of our needs. My father also bought a new Honda CRV the same day. He worked very hard to meet our budget and I am very happy with my new Honda CRV. Ardit is very professional and works very hard to be sure you are comfortable and know what you are purchasing. Robert Schinder was also helpful. The entire staff made this a great buying experience!

A needed service
Bought my honda pilot years ago at this dealership. I only come here to have it serviced. Employees are always pleasant to work with, Kira was professional and took her time to explain what needed to be done.

Steve was so rude!
I called about a price of a car. Steve would not give me the price. He said, "just come in." He also said to me, "I told you the payment you have a calculator you figure it out." He also said, "it is 9:00 what do you expect." It was only 7:45. I was very disappointed. I have bought cars from them before and had great service. Very disappointed about this experience. I called Honda in Danbury and Watertown and they had no problem giving the information I needed to make the right choice.

Very good experience
It was a pleasure working with salesman, Patrick and Sales Mgr, Will as well as Finance Mgr. Jim. All 3 were perfect gentlemen. This was a dramatic difference from my experience over 2 years ago when I purchased a pre-owned CRV. My experience started off right with Irene via phone, who made an appt. for me.
