We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2
We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2 months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back speakers in the van don’t work. So we called them up, since it was in the first 3 months to have them fix the issue, but unfortunately for us, they told us they wouldn’t fix the issue but we could bring it back to them and we could pay them to fix the issue they should have covered since it was within the first 3 months or at the very least should have told us on the front end before selling us the vehicle. We feel mislead by their policy of being able to bring the vehicle back in the first 3 months and having it repaired and at the worst case, the classic bait and switch and not disclosing to us about the speaker on the front end. Beware of dealing with this dealership and their empty promises!

UPDATE to previous review: Randy, the GM, is the man and came through on everything, made everything right and went way above and beyond your normal customer service, especially these days. Not only did he fix all 3 issues, the speakers, the tire, and replaced the battery, but he also had someone drive almost an hour to pick up the loaner he lent us. This is huge since we have a newborn baby in the house, so making a 2 hour round trip anywhere is tough. Couldn’t recommend this dealership and especially Randy any higher than 5 out of 5, I’d say 10 out of 5! I previously posted a negative review of Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN. In response, the General Manager, Randy Dismang reached out and asked me to contact him. At first, I did not want to, but my daughter was very interested in one of the cars they had listed. As a father, I will do anything for my children in an effort to keep them happy and safe. Mr. Dismang persuaded me and my daughter to come in and talk to him, stating that what I experienced is not typical relations at Nelson Mazda. Long story short (and that is not meant in disrespect) Mr. Dismang did everything within his power to rectify the situation. He went far above and beyond to mend the relationship, helped us find an even better and safer car for my daughter and made sure that every possible detail was covered beyond any and all expectations. In the long run, he secured a return customer for service and future purchase. I would never have predicted that I would be leaving a positive review when this began, but after meeting Mr. Dismang and subsequent random employees, I feel that Nelson Mazda customer service is far beyond my initial experience and now would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car. Thank you, Randy for all that yoyu did for us. It will not be forgotten and will have a lasting impact. Thank you, -Rich

I have a Mazda 3 and I came in to just have my back wheel
I have a Mazda 3 and I came in to just have my back wheel locks removed and it was the best encounter I’ve had from a dealership. They were very fast, I didn't wait too long, and they did a whole vehicle inspection on my car too which I was surprised about. I think they washed my car too I loved that. Even though it wasn’t anything big it changed my mind about not wanting to go to a dealer to get my car worked on. Loved the service and the quality! Oh, and another cool thing was they send me a video explaining everything they did and looked at while was very helpful! I will surely come back for any service I need! Thanks guys oh and the nice lady that helped me her name was Taina, she was very sweet good about getting what I needed done.
