We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2 months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back speakers in the van don’t work. So we called them up, since it was in the first 3 months to have them fix the issue, but unfortunately for us, they told us they wouldn’t fix the issue but we could bring it back to them and we could pay them to fix the issue they should have covered since it was within the first 3 months or at the very least should have told us on the front end before selling us the vehicle. We feel mislead by their policy of being able to bring the vehicle back in the first 3 months and having it repaired and at the worst case, the classic bait and switch and not disclosing to us about the speaker on the front end. Beware of dealing with this dealership and their empty promises!

Alecia was amazing. So glad to know she is back working in the service dept. She always makes me feel valued as a customer and helps to relieve any anxiety I may have. She is a true asset to your company and her positive attitude is very much appreciated. Although I didn't see Randy during this service appointment, I give him a 5-star rating. He has always taken care of my Mazda needs whenever I've decided to buy/trade-in. I've been a customer for almost 10 years now. I love Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN.

They admitted they lied about the terms of the loan to get me to agree to a warranty. Tag never came. Been working with Randy Dismang for months on these ongoing issues. Asked to speak to someone in leadership four different times as nothing was getting done. Was told by Randy Dismang that’s he’s the owner and no one else can help me.

Jeff and Johnathan were our Sales guys for our 2010 Mazda Miata, and I have to say they were both lovely to work with. The experience at that dealership was such an amazing one, no pressure at all and very honest and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Incredibly poor customer service, on several occasions. It seems like they just hate being honest. They sell used cars without disclosing that parts of it are damaged (couple of photos of the vehicle right after sale). They give you the wrong paperwork for registration and say that they don't have the title (of course, they eventually find it). They make repairs to cars without asking for permission, during a routine oil change (obviously, it takes way more time than expected). They send advertisements after being asked for several times to stop doing it.

Their set price, no commission policy made this an almost pleasant car buying experience. on top of that, our salesman, Connor, the only person we encountered, was bright, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It was a great experience. No hassle whatsoever. Definitely wasn’t like the typical dealer where they rush you and you feel pressured into a sale. Did not get that nervous feeling I usually get when browsing the lots. They aren’t commission based so the salesperson is not all over you. It really was a relaxed environment even the test drive.

My wife and I travelled from Arlington, TN (about 200 miles) to get the Certified Preowned CX-9 we wanted. Chloe was superb at answering all of our questions about the vehicle and the purchase itself. The process could not have gone more smoothly, and we are delighted with our CX-9. Thanks again Chloe, and thank you Nelson Mazda. It was worth the drive, and we would definitely choose Nelson Mazda again.

Worst dealer experience ever!! Drove 3.5 hours to buy a car I had been working a deal on for days. They sold the car out from under me right before I got there. No one said there were multiple people looking at the vehicle. I would of put a deposit down if knowing this. Poor business ethics
