Sales rep was nice enough but steered all recommendations
Sales rep was nice enough but steered all recommendations to only cars on the lot which made it come across as disengenous. He wasn't willing to negotiate even a little (at least pretend like you care and say you you can ask your manager) and then didn't follow up to our email. I guess they are ok losing the sale but writing a review so management is aware of a review of someone who ended up buying elsewhere.
