I bought my car when I was living in Westminster. I have...

I bought my car when I was living in Westminster. I have since moved to Gaithersburg which is over an hour away. Why do I still bring my car to Westminster? One word SERVICE! The service is first rate at Heritage Honda of Westminster and Shawn Baker is awesome!!! Shawn is a new addition to the team and while I love HHW Shawn blew my mind. He was kind to my son who is three. He went the extra mile to make sure even in the cold winter my car was brought in so my son and I could get in the car in their warm service bay. He was thorough and courteous! Go see him!!!

Great customer service!

I got an oil change yesterday and I was so impressed with the customer service! Shawn Baker was my Service Advisor and I appreciated the quick turnaround, friendly service, and a newly washed van was a great surprise!

I was totally impressed with Shawn Baker my service...

I was totally impressed with Shawn Baker my service advisor. He called me numerous times throughout the day to keep me informed on the progress of my car. He even allowed me to talk to the auto tech to get more specific information about my repair. He was extremely courteous throughout the experience. I would recommend him to anyone. He knew the meaning of outstanding customer service

Fantastic experience without the "pressure sales approach"!

We purchased our second Honda from Robert Mason at Heritage Honda in Westminster, Maryland. When I purchased my second car, I went into the dealership for a test drive. I mentioned that I was only interested in test driving the car and that I was looking at other models. He followed up with an email and a call to let me know that he would be happy to assist me. Then, he gave me the time and space to make my decision. I went to another Honda dealership to test drive a different model car and had a completely different experience. I received the "high pressure sales approach" with constant phone calls and emails even though I mentioned that I just wanted to test drive a vehicle. We followed up with Rob and they negotiated an INCREDIBLE deal for me on both the new car AND on our trade in! I HIGHLY recommend Rob. He is honest, listens to his customers and respects their wishes!

Duffy was a joy to work with!

I bought a used CR-V from Duffy and it was a great experience! My parents and I never felt pressure from him to buy the car right then and there and allowed us to mull over the idea of buying from Heritage over the week. He was very easy to get along with and we would love to buy from him again.

If You Want a Great New Car Buying Experience, See David Bac

We were in the market for a new Honda CR-V Touring and saw one on the Heritage Honda Westminster website. When we visited the dealership, they referred us to David Baca in Sales, who told us that the car we saw had been sold, but that he would be happy to get us the same model from another of the Heritage dealerships. Which he did. In the meantime, we drove a different Touring model and were satisfied. After going through all the paperwork, financing and title business, and all the security options we wanted, our car had yet to be delivered. So David said for us to drive our trade-in back home and he would deliver the new car to us later that day. Which he did. As far as price, I told David how much we wanted to pay, and that we didn't care about the trade-in value of our trade-in or the price of the new car--just the bottom line (I'd done a lot of research and felt that I was on track). David spoke to the Sales Manager and came back with a price below what I had said was my bottom line. What a pleasure it was, not only to hear the price, but to deal with David.
