Chris was referred to me by a friend who had purchased a new car with him a few months before I did. This was my first purchase and I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. Chris and Greg helped me get the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The best part is that the pricing was so great I was able to add in a few packages on the car without going out of my budget. A few months after purchasing the car I had to bring it into the dealer in a hurry for some work. Chris called me back right away even though it was after business hours, and worked with me to get the car into the service center as soon as possible. The following day he met me at the service center and made sure I was in a rental in no time. I would recommend Chris and Greg to anyone, especially those who may not be in the best position to buy. They will work with you!!

We searched high and low for a Honda Odyssey EX (did not want the high end trim models - too expensive for me). We found one online in the Heritage Honda inventory. We requested an internet quote which was in line with quotes from other dealerships. The best part was that the Honda Odyssey EX did not have any dealer installed options that so many dealerships install automatically to jack up the price for profit. When we got to the dealership we were greeted immediately and treated extremely nice (unlike our visit to another unnamed dealership where no one greated us after we even asked for help). The team at Heritage Honda in Westminster was willing to work with us to bring the price down very close to the lowest internet offer price that we had from another Honda Dealership where the car sold before we could get there to see it. We were so happy with their flexibility to price match (within a few 100 dollars). I cannot remember the name of the people we worked with (we are terrible at names) but everyone was great. The office is small so I could overhear other sales agents and they were all very kind and helpful with their customers. I highly recommend stopping by Heritage Honda for your next new car. For us it was WELL WORTH THE DRIVE from Arbutus to Westminister!!!

Very clean facility and waiting room along with an extremely courteous and friendly staff who takes the time to explain what needs to be done to your car. I never feel that I have been overcharged or been taken advantage of by the mechanics. Pricing is reasonable and my car always feels like it is brand new when it is returned to me.

We are long time customers of Heritige Honda in Westminster,Md. The service dept goes above and beyond !!! Jim Groth, the sercivice manager, professionalism is a delight!!! The employees are so kind and helpful . I always use the shuttle service they provide. My daughter bought a used car and it was her 1st experience doing it all on her own. All if the employees she's encountered during her experience were nothing but helpful and patient.

My experience was wonderful and outstanding i would recommend anyone to this dealership any day! i worked with some very great and friendly people at Honda in Westminster ! i would love to go back and get another Honda in a few years!
