The people in sales are wonderful. Kristen Leone is amazing, went above and beyond what any sales rep should need to. Everything else is…mediocre at best. It took us 2 weeks to finally find out about our finance situation, which our sales person had to help us with, and I was hung up on twice when I called the service center to check on the status of my car, which threw an engine code the day after I picked it up.

This location seemed like an assembly line. Meaning get them in and get them out, not very personable. Was also told a couple different things that didn't actually happen so disappointed in that aspect as well. Not dissatisfied with the vehicle itself just not a good experience with their staff.

Worst experience ever.. truck was in terrible condition and sales guy couldn't find the keys and told us we didn't need to test drive or look in side. He said your truck people you know what your buyer.. had we test drove it or looked inside we would've known the condition and wouldn't have bought it. They did nothing they said they would. Truck was not detailed, front end needs alignment and they didn't even balance the tires!

Working with Pepe' was a great experience. He took a lot of time with me to get me a vehicle that fit my needs. His sense of humor made the car-buying process much less painful! The other sales people were also very nice. Jonathan in finance was very knowledgeable and had a great personality (that's sometimes hard to find in a finance person LOL). He was very patient with all my questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

I wanted a truck, so they sold me the one I wanted. No hassle, just honest business. The saleman was very professional and efficient. I am very happy with the buying experience at Quebedeaux and I will be back for my next purchase.

The car wasn't certified upon buying it. They had us sign paperwork and it wasn't even inspected nor detailed.

Detail area can’t detail. the manger running the area don’t know how to run it. It’s unfortunate how they pick sides in that area. I don’t recommend

This is our 5th vehicle from Quebedeaux Buick GMC. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

The car was priced at 10499. However the the dealership contacted me the dealership informed me that this price is actually 13499. With a 1500 trade rebate And a 1500 finance rebate Plus a 287 aftermarket fee And a 595 doc fee Plus taxes tags and license. Nowhere was that declosed in the sellers notes on cars.com So the advertised price is not the real price. It's a price for stupid people 🙄
