It’s a nightmare to get a call back or to even get a hold...

It’s a nightmare to get a call back or to even get a hold of someone. I never got a loner and was told I would. My tires were not rotated and I was told they were. I didn’t get my oil change sticker for my future visit. Bad past year experience. I bought my gmc august of 2020. Please do better

Service team really helped us out of a jam. We were...

Service team really helped us out of a jam. We were getting ready to send our daughter on cross country trip on a Wednesday and car acted up Monday morning. Josh in service knowing our time crunch was able to adjust schedules to allow our work to get done on Monday . She was able to leave on time Wednesday and no issues on the 2,000 mile trip!

took my vehicle in for service and it took them 6 days...

took my vehicle in for service and it took them 6 days for me to get it back. charged me $207 and i still have the same problem. never will i ever to there again or recommend quebeduaux.

Lack of communication from the service advisor. No calls...

Lack of communication from the service advisor. No calls for over 36 hours. I had to call them after I was told that they would call me. Every time I called no one was available, so I left messages. Very disappointed with this lack of follow thru. Manners don't seem to exist.

Horrible horrible liars...First the internet salesperson...

Horrible horrible liars...First the internet salesperson (David) was supposed to hold my vehicle when I arrived in Tucson...he did not show up and I was told it was sold to someone just before I got there. Then I was told that a brand new 2022 was coming right off the truck (by Erik) and that car will replace the car I came down for since it was an exactly alike but the new year. they continue to hide the sticker and I didn't realize until I drove off with the car was not a 2022, but in fact was a 2021. Do not buy a car from here... If I didn't live so far away I would definitely return this f****** car!

Service dept is not good or reliable at all. I received 3...

Service dept is not good or reliable at all. I received 3 recall notices in the mail for my 2017 GMC. I called to make an appointment 1 week in advance. Told them what it was for and they documented. Dropped it off at 8am Monday morning. Checked in with one of the service guys. I asked them to make sure it was completed today and if any issues, call me. Needless to say no phone calls. So I showed up at the end of the day to pick it up. The service tech could not locate my truck or paperwork. This had me a bit worried that they lost my Denali. So the service manager came to assist. after 15 minutes, he found my truck. No work had been completed on it. He said to give him 15 minutes and they will fix 2 of the 3 recalls. I waited. Another customer over heard what was going on. He shared is frustrations with Quebedeaux with me and not completing work when promised. This is not my first issue with this company. Had my 2006 GMC in many times only to feel shafted most times. I would never recommend this company to do business with. Totally untrustworthy and should not be serving the public.
