The Service Department is VERY hard to reach either by phone or email; however, on site the people are accommodating and helpful. The work done seemed pricey, and a portion of the work is not satisfactory, and I will be following up on that.

My appt. was 915 am. I was there 4 hrs and 45 for a tire...

My appt. was 915 am. I was there 4 hrs and 45 for a tire rotation and oil change. Did not receive a car wash. They did not give me an estimate for a dent that I asked for. I have sent 2emails and have not received a response from either.

Take advantage of the less fortunate

This place has wowed me!!!! I came in as a first time buyer and was totally taken advantage of. They sold me a car that had not been cleaned so I couldn't take it. Same day was told the water pump was installed wrong! Mind you i don't think that it could be possible. 1 week later I was told to go get it. At that point I found out that they had not given me a warranty. I asked if I could just change the vehicle and was told the paperwork went through already for that car. So I was screwed basically. I've never had a vehicle and was really looking forward to this next step in life. I gave the salesman a weekend stay at my work place for FREE. The following week the car gave out and the A/C stopped working (102 Degrees). They asked me to take it up there and I didn't have a way to so they towed it《free》Well a few days later I was told it was ready but that I had to do a Co-pay with them. They asked for $1000.00 and I don't have money like that ok, so I couldn't and I told them, well then the bargaining began and they still got me $250.00. Not even 3 weeks goes by and the car gave out again. Now the alternator and the battery. Again they towed it but this time didn't want money for that, they wanted money for the parts and labor. I was starting to worry because they seemed less and less interested in my needs as a customer. Well none the less they called back and said ok its ready. By this time I had no money left so bargaining was out of the question for them. Went by picked it up and everything seemed OK. I get home and 3 weeks again and the thermostat gives out. I called them and no help no one will talk to me at all. I finally ask for the main person and I get Jr. On the phone who assures me that they will help and they will tow the vehicle at their expense. I thought ok finally some help. They pick the car up and take it in. They call 1 week later to say it was a simple sensor and the car was great. I go up to pick up the car and the feeling I got from them was that its my car my problem. Ok feeling a little upset I decided to drive back home to Douglas AZ. I took Speedway all the way to the I-10, im not sure but I don't think its 10 miles from where they car finally blew the engine. I almost cause a accident and had to get into the center median and slam the brakes because their was fire coming out the back. Ran off the car and called the dealership only to be told they had no idea what could happened. They sent someone to get me and gave me a loaner. I left back home so upset and not one of those employees had the nerve to say sorry I hope your ok or anything. While still driving home in their loaner I got a call from the mechanic telling me the Rod went through the side wall of the engine. I said ok well can you guys fix this because obviously its was bad from the get go. It was like I was asking them to forgive my loan and give me a 2020 car. They spoke about options and not one was helpful. 1. Give them $2500.00 for another car 2. Talk to the finance company and see what they can do. 1 week goes by and I go to Tucson to get my belongings out of the car and you wouldn't believe that they took the sound system out and other belonging like cologne and chargers. I said hey my system is gone(which was a $575.00 Jackhammer Subwoffer)which the salesman i gave that free weekend stat too said, what do you think I sit here and watch your car.? I was so angry and upset that I was being treated like this. Weeks go by and no call to say anything about the car the speaker or anything. I finally call them and one of the guys who works in the service department was kind enough to give me some used speakers from a trade in they had. Mind you the speakers I got from him were not even half the value. I counted my blessing and been hoping someone would call but here we are 3 months after and not even a call to ask if I had the money for a trade in or nothing. Beware guys these people are out for themselves. I hate to say this, it was the

This was our 5th car we bought at Quebedeaux over the years. This time we had Chett for our salesperson and we was awesome. The service team provided terrible customer service. I won't go into details. everyone but Adam was terrible, and we wasted our time in more way than 1. I'll still go back to purchase another car in the future.

Had Brake issues with the recall on Silverado's. An...

Had Brake issues with the recall on Silverado's. An adjustment was made but I still had issues so I brought it back they replaced the Brake vacuum no charge. A pleasant experience the staff Adam, Juan the shuttle drivers Joey and Paul were all professional and courteous. I now drive my truck without apprehension as the brakes work fine.
