Being first time owners of my wife's dream car you don't

Being first time owners of my wife's dream car you don't know what to expect when you have your car serviced.. and over the past year we've been using Volvo Cars Hudson Valley to take car of our XC90. Sim has been helping us this past year and made sure all our concerns were taken care of including minor deals like paint scratches.. and we kept informed and choose what to service and what to wait on without any pressure.. Sim went out of the way to stay in touch with the progress and brought out our car when completed.. we were very happy with all their help and would recommend them to anyone who ask.

Terrific service.

Hudson Valley Volvo has been my dealership for over 30

Hudson Valley Volvo has been my dealership for over 30 years for service and some purchases. On June 2nd I picked up my car which was there for a month. After the dealership and my insurance company pointing fingers at each other, it was decided not to replace carpet damaged by water but to remove, dry, and reinstall the carpet. The car when I picked it up was full of all the beach sand and other debris that was there when I brought the car to them at the beginning of May. When I spoke we the manager Dan and told him of this his response was "Are you calling me a Liar" I am saying that service was never done. What else don't they do that they say they did?

Our sales person was amazing.

Our sales person was amazing. The car speaks for itself. We are thrilled. Credit card fee on warranty was over the top for the amount and should be reconsidered for what it actually is.

Last week I took my vehicle in for emergency repairs,

Last week I took my vehicle in for emergency repairs, without checking my warranty they called to tell me that the damaged part has a X cost and that they have it available. When I tell them about my warranty, they check to see if it covers it and it turns out that it does. When they deliver the vehicle to me a week later, they delivered it to me dirty with grease in some parts and the front grill broken. That was Friday at the end of the day they delivered it to me, I called on Saturday but they couldn't get through. Today, Monday, I called and what they told me is that the service manager will contact me. What a lack of responsibility and professionalism, this never happened to me when I took it to Danbury Volvo for service.

I purchased my Volvo in September 2024 Love the car.

I purchased my Volvo in September 2024 Love the car. I did not need any financial advisor, however they told me I had to speak withMindy the financial advisor to see if I wanted any extra coverage. She was awful., a condescending and unprofessional. I Complained and they were aware of her poor performance as many have complained, but she still is there. I have called the Service department several times, and most frequently they do not answer their calls and no body return my messages. I do not recommend this dealership. Unprofessional Dealership.
