Recently bought a new ZDX. We immediately noticed defects within days of our purchase. Took the car back and they had it for almost a month. We were treated horrible! This dealership has horrible customer service and I advise no one to come here. Once they get your sale, you will no longer be treated like a customer..

My previous car was totaled in an accident.
My previous car was totaled in an accident. After trying several small SUVs, decided on the current version RDX. Ended up flying to Cerritos Acura and driving back to SF Bay Area because the vehicle I wanted was priced much lower than similar car locally. I was also treated very well.

Shopping for a new car?
I entered Cerritos Acura on Monday, July 3rd, with the purpose of observing a previously owned 2022 MDX. Unfortunately, I found it lacking in visual appeal. Nevertheless, our salesperson Cruz Ramirez graciously presented alternative choices for my consideration. Instead of acquiring the 2022 MDX, I departed from the premises with a freshly minted 2024 MDX. Her unwavering determination was matched only by her commendable restraint, refraining from crossing the boundary into pushiness. Her presence created a sense of ease and calmness throughout the entire process. Anyone looking to stop by Cerritos Acura, I highly recommend you ask for Cruz Ramirez.

Bad Customer Service
We have had terrible experience with Collene Fiore. Collene was incredibly rude on the phone when we wanted to book a shuttle to pick up our car. She was condescending and never confirmed the address with us. When I called back to confirm the address, she told me it was my fault that they sent their shuttle to the wrong address. I told her that she never confirmed the address and she yelled at me! Then, she transferred me to her manager so that I could complain without AGAIN confirming the address. When I called back, she never picked up so we did not know when the shuttle would be arriving and whether it would arrive at the right address. We are never using Cerritos Acura again for service. We do not ever plan to buy another Acura because our service at Toyota has always been good/never like this. What ridiculous service.

Sales department wasted my time and money
Sales department wasted my time and money. I was in contact with John, the internet sales manager. I told him i was interested in test driving the RDX, MDX, and MDX hybrid AWD with A-spec package. I checked the website and it showed the vehicles were there. I'm near the end of my current lease and am very close to the mileage limit so driving the 60 miles round trip put me over. At 15 cents a mile it wasn't a real concern. The next day I got to the dealership for the test drive and found out the MDX Hybrid sold 2 days ago. I was passed off to a different sales rep who confirmed I was interested in the AWD RDX with A-spec package then went to get the cars for me to drive. The rep came back and informed me the cars haven't passed their safety inspection yet so they can't be driven. So now all 3 of the vehicles I asked to drive are not available, I'm spending money driving miles I didn't need to, and John who I was in contact with all morning never even bothered to check on the vehicles I asked about. Garbage customer service. Waste of time and money. Shop somewhere else.

Cerritos Acura is the best!
Acura Dealership were very professional and courteous with me. The salesman, Edward was extremely supportive, patient, kind, and caring on my behalf. I bought a beautiful car from the Dealership and the entire staff made the whole process easy. The Assistant manager, Bud to the Finance department, Tanya were all very professional with me and my entire family. They gave me a good interest rate and a good deal overall. I highly recommend Acura Dealership. They take good care of their customers from beginning to end.
