I am retired military and I have been wanting a Jeep for years. Miriam was the salesperson that immediately started helping me as soon as I pulled into the lot. Miriam is herself a Jeep owner and her knowledge of Jeeps really helped me to decide on what I wanted. So I really wanted to thank Miriam and the entire team at McKinney Dodge, I am very happy with the Jeep I purchased.

Misguided Misquoted Overcharged
This is for the parts department. Yes I would still recommend this dealership, they are super nice and do good work. BUT. I would give ZERO stars to Parts Dept if I could. They quoted me for some running boards and I asked if this included installation and they said yes. Not surprisingly (because dealerships as a whole overcharge anyway), when I went to pay, the charges were $675 higher than I was quoted. Why? Installation fee that I was told was included in the original quote. It took them 1.5 hours to do the job and the service advisor admitted to me that they charged me for 4.5 hours. They bent me over for 3 hours of labor they didn't even perform! Make it right McKinney!!
