Service advisor not no knowledgeable in certain areas had to ask other people questions. not calling back in the timely matter. and when I called back, he said he left me a message which he did not? truck was driven about 28 miles. He says it was for a test ride.. reported same miles in same miles out

We had a positive experience when we bought our new ‘24 C8 from this dealership, it was our first experience with them. We are habitual car buyers, love cars and have experienced a wide realm of experiences. The car deal was pretty much done over the phone the day before with the sales mgr. So when we came in the following day, it saved the salesperson and us a lot of time, no back & forth. This is a nice, clean, large dealership with very pleasant personnel! For a dealership of this size, we suggest maybe putting in a snack/beverage/coffee bar for guests, also I’m sure employees would find this to be a positive as well! As folks are there doing business for several hours or getting service and all there is, is a vending machine for snacks and/or drinks. The salesperson & mgr were very nice, easy to do business with. We are a happy customer and certainly love our new Vette!!

Zach was great to work with on this deal. The process was painless and I was out of the dealership with my truck in a quicker timeframe that I am in used to with other dealerships in the past. I would do business with this dealership again.

Saul Aguirre is a very awesome salesperson. Too much pressure from finance manager to purchase extended warranty. I paid for my car in full but had to drive all the way back to the dealership the following week to resign the contract since the dealership forgot to include registration charges plus they had to correct the mileage on the contract. The finance team prevented a perfect score.

Once the check cleared., The worst experience ever! The I thought I was buying a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. My local dealer BOYD GMC-N.C. ship said ....NO! The dealership from the beginning was welcoming place had friendly staff, and had a few options for cars that were within my budget. After looking around, I settled on one the process was quite long due to a busy day that day I ended up buying a car from them and I would say it was the best purchase I made this day.
