Called up to get a new mini van and Bill Reed was great to work with. He recommended the Hybrid over the standard because of better pricing and had the vehicle ready to test drive in 30 minutes, even moving a lunch appointment with his wife to make it happen. Followed up a few days after the sale just to check in that things were going well and to answer any questions we might have had.
